Is this a safe way to buy medications?

Perfectly safe. You are buying from affiliated pharmacies which are all registered in the EU and compliant with all EU laws and regulations. Your consultation is provided to you by a registered doctor over an encrypted connection and your medications are sent in a security sealed bag in discrete packaging by a tracked courier.

How does the consultation work?

You are asked a number of questions which relate to your condition, your general health, and the medications you are taking. You must answer this truthfully just as you would tell the truth to a doctor who was sitting in front of you. The doctor reviews your responses and approves or disapproves the order.

When will I get delivery?

The next day if your order is approved before 3pm, except for weekends. Check our delivery page for details.

Are these genuine medications?

Yes. Our affiliated pharmacy provides only genuine brand medications or where specified approved generics. Do not confuse these approved generics with unapproved generics. Approved generics are legally manufactured to the same stringent standards as the brands. Unapproved generics are illegally manufactured counterfeits that could risk your health. EU registered pharmacies do not sell unapproved generics.

Is there any advertising or similar branding on the packaging?

No. Your medication is sealed in a security strip or bag and securely packaged in plain packaging.

How can I pay for medications?

You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or Western Union. Please check our payments page for more details.

What is included in the cost of medications?

Everything you need is included in the cost of the medication – the consultation and prescription service provided by the doctor, all shipping and handling and medication itself.

Is my privacy assured?

Absolutely. To buy medications you need to provide sensitive information concerning your health and your payment. Your health information passes directly via an encrypted connection to the doctor who reviews your consultation. This information is not available to the operators of this website at any time. This information then becomes subject to strict privacy laws that govern doctor-patient information. The financial information goes via an encrypted connection directly to the processing banks for approval. None of this information is accessible by the operators of this site. Can I return the package unopened?

No. It is illegal for EU pharmacies to accept returned medications.

If the doctor does not approve my order will I still get charged?

Certainly not.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes you do. You, or another adult, must be at the delivery address to sign for the package.
