We changed our Back Office platform on Friday 16th after close of business (5pm). The ‘Back Office’ is the business unit that processes payments and handles the logistics of getting the medications delivered safely to your door.
This change does not affect our doctors or our pharmacy or any of the guarantees we give here at RXExpress. We made this change to facilitate the processing of your credit card orders.
What if I had just placed an order?
If you had just placed an order but not yet received it, this will continue to be processed in the normal way. But for your next order you should act as if you were a new patient and after selecting your medication, click on the Proceed to Consultation link and enter your details. Please note that our Pain Control ReOrder Limits still apply.
What if I am a Returning Patient?
As a result of this change, even if you have already ordered through our site in the past, you will need to enter your details again and setup a new consultation. We know this is time consuming and an inconvenience and we apologize for this. But we assure you that you will benefit from our improved services.
