Payments
When you order, your credit card is pre-authorized for the amount of your purchase. It is not charged. But the amount is locked pending the processing of your order.
If your order is declined, then the pre-authorization is released immediately.
Your bank is then responsible for releasing the unlocked funds back to your card. Banks vary widely in this process with some releasing the funds immediately and others taking up to 5 days to do so. We regret that we cannot control the speed of this process which depends on your bank entirely.
There are a number of reasons why your order might fail. For example, you may not follow up and login to the chat system to answer the doctor’s questions. Or you may attempt to re-order your medications too early thereby violating the maximum amount of pills in the 30 day limitation period, or you may attempt to purchase with another person’s credit card, or the doctor may decline the prescription on medical grounds.
