Zydol contains the opioid painkiller tramadol hydrochloride. Zydol is presented as a soluble tablet or in prolonged release pills known as Zydol SR or XL. Zydol SR and XL are high-strength formulations prescribed for patients with moderate to moderately severe chronic pain. You can buy Zydol from our partner pharmacy with an approved prescription.
